Design systems do not scale through components alone. They scale when teams share the same decisions, language, and accountability.
I’m a UX leader with 28+ years across energy, healthcare, education, finance, and government technology. Today I lead UX for a global digital drilling portfolio, working where complex domain knowledge, enterprise delivery, and human judgment meet.
My practice connects research, product direction, design systems, team development, and implementation. I use AI to increase team leverage—not to outsource judgment—and build the context and controls that keep accelerated work coherent.
